I started Freight First in July 2000 with two dedicated members of staff, Kevin Dooley and Chris Bullock. Prior to this, I had been involved in transport operations for 10 years, working firstly as a Sales Manager for Europa Express in Manchester and then as a Divisional Director of European Spedition in Frodsham.

Freight First started as a small company with an office in Kingsley and one vehicle. We soon outgrew this site and moved to a larger location in Runcorn in 2004. I am delighted to say that Kevin Dooley is still a key member of my team and that our company has grown to become responsible for:
